The building owner was experiencing a problem with condensation and efflorescence on a warehouse slab.  The porous nature of the slab was an important factor contributing to the issue.  Everclear cleaned the slab by hand to remove the efflorescence and other loose debris.  We then applied a floor sealer / concrete hardener which sealed the slab and eliminated the conditions causing the efflorescence.  The product that was applied did not change the appearance of the slab, nor did it create a slippery surface.  All work was performed during normal operating hours with minimal disruption to the daily activities of the tenant.
