The building’s concrete roof was in severe disrepair, with systematic failure of the sealant in many of the joints, failed flashing, numerous spalls and hairline cracks throughout the roof-level concrete, resulting in widespread leaks into the tenant space below.  Everclear’s solution included the routing and sealing of cracks throughout the field concrete, the repairing and patching of spalled concrete conditions, replacement of flashing, removal of corrosion from tube steel columns and davit bases, the application of a DTM rust-prohibitive coating to these are areas, and the installation of a fluid-applied seamless elastomeric roof coating system.
